Bruce Stevenson, Owner, spent the first 24 years of his career fixing airplanes for U.S.A.F. and N.W.A.. In 2001, he decided to pursue something he had already done part time for many years – modifying homes for people with disabilities. After becoming a licensed building contractor and starting Ability Solutions, Bruce hired a solid workforce that had similar passions. Bruce and his team then established relationships with quality equipment providers for walk in tubs, roll in showers, ceiling lifts, wheelchair lifts, residential elevators and stairlifts. In 2009, after installing hundreds of stairlifts in the twin cities, he also took on the name TwinCity Stairlifts in order to better market this segment of his fast growing business. TwinCity Stairlifts is a licensed elevator contractor.
